The site of Wolmi Park was once a military restricted zone for 50 years following the Korean War (1950-1953). It was transformed into an ecological park and opened to the public in 2001.

You can visit the 3 buildings (main, gatehouse & sarangchae), 2 shrines and garden in the park.
c) Wolmi Observatory 월미전망대
Wolmi Observatory is a 23m high, 3-storey glass observatory located on Wolmisan Mountain. At the open-air observatory (3F), it offers panoramic 360° view of Incheon Port, surrounding islands and city skyline. Besides enjoying the view, you can relax at the cafe (2F) and small library (1F) at Wolmi Observatory.
💡You can take the Seal Shuttle Bus to the last stop (i.e. Summit Square) and walk to the observatory.

d) Wolmisan Mountain 월미산 (108m) & Wolmisan Summit Observatory 월미산정상
From Wolmi Park Information Center, it takes about 30 mins on foot to get to the top of Wolmisan Mountain. From the Wolmisan Summit Observatory, you can see Yeongjong Bridge, Incheon Bridge, Gyeyangsan Mountain, Manisan Mountain, Mulchido Island, etc.
💡You can take the Seal Shuttle Bus to the last stop (i.e. Summit Square) and walk to the observatory of Wolmisan Peak .
