Bongeunsa Station (line 9, exit 1). Go straight & turn right to the temple. 3 mins walk.
Bongeunsa Temple, built in 794 CE has a long history of over 1,200 years. It was the largest temple in Seoul during Joseon Dynasty.
The temple offers two temple-stay programs (1 and 2 days), allowing visitors to experience Buddhist tradition through monastic daily life to purify the mind and body.
